We started in 1983 with Advertorial Newspaper Columns. We popularized this very effective marketing tool, and this division of our company is still going strong, with hundreds of top real estate agents placing our expert-written columns in newspapers across the country, each and every week, year after year. In 1995, we noticed the winds of change starting to blow through the industry: "This internet thing could be huge. What a powerful medium for personal marketing. Our clients could really prosper if they used it correctly." Thus was born our internet initiative. Little did we know that it would grow to dominate our company.

Our first web sites for top agents went online in early 1996. We quickly earned a reputation as the "elite web developer" for top agents.

Early on, we learned having a web site meant nothing if it wasn't marketed correctly. We made marketing - sending leads and traffic to our clients - our primary mission. Successful Realtors knew instantly we were on to something: "Why Have A Web Site If No One Can Find It?" has always been our motto.

In early 1998 we debuted our NUMBER1EXPERT 2.0 web sites. Within a couple of years, most agent sites were mimicking this look.

In early 1999, we debuted NUMBER1EXPERT.com, which was designed solely to send traffic and leads to our clients' web sites, instead of advertising and partnership dollars to us.

In 2002 we released our NUMBER1EXPERT 3.0 "Diamond" web sites, and haven't looked back.

We've come a long way since 1996. We're growing 30% per year. We now have well over 1000 market leading Realtor clients and over 50 dedicated and talented employees. We've won a string of awards. Our traffic keeps growing and growing. And the amount of leads and sales our clients attribute to our services increases every year. They are currently reporting a 1400% return!
